this absolutely blew me away. the demo genuinely doesnt do it justice this destroys every other life sim ive tried. the level of customizability is actually ridiculous u can handmake almost all items clothing buildings u name it. and obviously most people have tried the demo and know how the island actually feels alive but especially when you get access to the full thing theres just so much more. somehow it isn't overwhelming either, even with how fast u progress and unlock things. i've spent just 4 hours ingame and already have most buildings unlocked i believe. unfortunately no relationships yet (just a crush, shockingly only ethan mars wanting madison paige) but ill update u guys when i get there.
ive spent a ridiculous amount of time on the clothing for my heavy rain characters in particular and editing is almost perfect. that said a mirror tool would be perfect for this and it kinda sucks that it isnt in there. also not sure if music is possible the way it was in the last two games, but it's something i can ignore. i mostly just have friends on my island but my current list of people i still need to add is quickly expanding. im also hearing about super advanced interior building stuff, which ive just barely dipped my toes into so far. from the screenshots ive seen you can go past just the fixed square room too??? crazy
the mii editor is obviously pretty versatile but unfortunately unlike miitopia makeup is just one static image and u cant assign things to different parts of the face. that said its also super easy with a modded switch or emulating to import images outright so i dont have a reason to mind. i used that same image editor to add my miis face as food and a certain child killer really enjoyed it
admittedly i really havent done much yet with anything. ive already seen people get marriages going i think LMFAO i was still gawking at how much more u can screw with the voices..i only have 10 islanders and thats like a third of my list almost LMAOO. will post images and maybe gifs soon this is amazing; also recommend miis to me maybe i dont have a large list yet albeit im super attached to how stupid these miis act lmao.
